The Transitions Program
ONCE A STUDENTS AGES OUT OF THE MARANATHA HOUSE, THEY ENTER OUR TRANSITIONS PROGRAM.
The ingoing support of these students who are in transition from being children to adults allows them to focus on building the skills for their future so they can have success.
A Sustainability Circle of up to six sponsors, each donating $35 monthly (plus one education sponsor) support the needs of an individual child to reach their full potential. A sponsor may choose as many of the $35 increments per month, up to the needed $245 per month.
Transitional Housing
Part-time jobs for all of our transitional youth
Tutoring, school uniforms and supplies
English and Computer Science classes
Fair wages for Transitions Coordinators who work directly with our transitional youth
Mentor support
Licensed Social Worker
Weekend trade school (ie: cooking school, driving school, sewing class)
Career & college exploration field trips
Transportation
What is a Sustainability Circle?
A Sustainability Circle is a network of up to six sponsors that collectively provide financial stability to support a child within the Maranatha House. The circle provides for their basic needs as well as access to the experiences and tools that will help empower their future and allow them to THRIVE.
